Hi: I assume no one else is in this situation, but I’ve come here for help, since I can’t get it from my therapist. Here’s my situation, all sorts of things give me awful compulsions but mostly when I read books and get really immersed in the story. Is anyone else is this situation who can help me? Sometimes, I also obsess about the person who wrote the book. What suggestions do you think I should try?
