Hi, new here, it sounds like this is a good place to come to help with my ocd. But other then these forums, how can I talk to people so I know I am not alone?

Our Helpline volunteers provide confidential information and support for people with OCD (and their families, friends and carers too). Most volunteers have personal experience of OCD; all understand OCD and how it can impact your entire life. Contact our Helpline by:
