Currently I’m ok, but take each day at a time etc. I had a complete breakdown in Autumn 2024, just awful. Took to my bed, thinking every breath was going to be my last one.
I begged for help from my GP to get me admitted to the psychology hospital, but there was no chance due to the huge NHS Waiting list in the UK.
I had to face it alone with support (to be fair) from my GP.
