    I believe that this may be possible, if you’re able to simply observe the OCD thoughts, rather than place any importance onto them. At the same time, continuing to do the things in life that you care about and enjoy can help to improve your mood. It sounds like you’ve found a way to manage your OCD. For me, because the OCD thoughts are upsetting, and placing an importance onto them can create a snowball effect, this can lead to low moods, and depression.
