    Talking to doc is often a scary step for people but it shouldn’t be that scary. If it is having an impact on your life then it’s worth talking to docs they might be able to help. If it is OCD they can put actions into place and get you sorted with therapists, CBT etc. If your employer has an employee health programme this can sometimes speed up the process too. It’s worth seeking help than try fighting stuff on your own. You’ll look back and wonder why you didn’t seek help earlier. It will be worth it. I doubt you’ll anger a doc over it 🙂
