I tried Sertraline then Citalopram. They both gave me diarrhoea. My GP put me on Propranolol and luckily it hasn’t given me diarrhoea. It only keeps you calm so an antidepressant is preferable. My GP suggested taking antidepressant in halves to start. My next antidepressant I will try is Clomipramine. But currently I am using the Flow Headset from Flow neuroscience which sends electricity to the brain via a headset. I have had minimal discomfort from using it.
