OCD Action needs to keep growing and developing so that we can provide a better service and do a better job for more people affected by OCD.

From time to time we add to our small staff team. Whatever the role, we want people who:

  • Are passionate about changing the lives of people with OCD
  • Know more than we do already
  • Are happy to get stuck in

We believe that having personal experience of OCD is an advantage in our staff roles and we always add this as a “desirable” attribute in our person specification when recruiting.
