      Hi getselfhelp.co.uk is a good website with lots of different resources that you can see including CBT exercises, strategies and coping techniques. There is a section specifically for OCD and hopefully everyone might find something that may help you. For most of us OCD is a life long challenge and therapy is as individual as the illness itself. It’s a case of trial and error and finding what works at the time.
