      Hi, I have really bad anxiety and guilt about how good my intrusive thoughts feel and I think maybe this is an obsession. But I feel anxious if I’m not following my compulsions. I want to learn how to be comfortable with letting my intrusive thoughts go. But I can’t see how I can do this without feeling anxious. Any help would be great.
