Loneliness: The theme for this years Mental Health Awareness Week
The theme for this week’s Mental Health Awareness Week is loneliness. OCD can be an incredibly isolating condition, and it can sometimes cause us to feel very lonely. We know that a lot of people struggle to open up about their intrusive thoughts and compulsions with loved ones and health professionals.
When things feel tough, remember that you are not alone. You can reach out to OCD Action for information, support, and a listening ear.
