OCD Action has a vision of a time when everyone gets the treatment they need for OCD, when they need it. By running for #TeamOCDA, you are helping us provide even more people with the vital support and information that helps them access the treatment they so desperately need, and can help us to reduce, for even more people, the isolation that we know is all too often such a cruel result of OCD.

The Great North Run is the biggest half marathon in the world, and on every keen runner’s bucket list! You start in Newcastle, take in the stunning Tyne Bridge, and finish in coastal South Shields. Places are highly sought after, so get yours soon to avoid disappointment!

Every runner will receive an OCD Action T-shirt and will be supporting you all the way with training tips, nutrition advice and everything you need to know about fundraising to help you reach your target.

We just ask you to commit to trying your very best to raise at least £350. As a small charity, these places are an investment for us, and we rely on making a return to fund our frontline services.
