I posted before but had no replies. It makes me sad that that forum users are not replying, does anyone understands really what it’s like to live with intrusvie thoughts that are horrible and OCD?

Hi I’m sorry your having intrusive thoughts ,I have had them too and yes they are horrible ,what are they exactly ?

I think like all of us we know they are just thoughts and they do feel real in the moment but ocd is very cunmi g like this ,will give the mirage that its true.

it makes me sad.. I’ve been on another forum that is more active which has been supportive as I’m in a spike too x
