      Hi

i seem to have various types of OCD but my most common has always been harm. Thoughts of harming loved ones, strangers, or myself. Sometimes it’s a random split second thought of hurting someone that nowadays I can shake off almost immediately. But some of my thoughts revolve around the person “deserving” it. Like someone getting what’s coming to them and I think they should be harmed. Like I am the one to deliver that punishment or I could stop them getting hurt but why should I.

It kind of feels like I have a desire to hurt them or to see them hurt. I don’t intend to do it, but it makes me feel like I am capable and maybe one day I’ll have acted on it before I even realise.
