      My mum has suffered from OCD but it started to get really bad after the summer. Shes had CBT and therapy and she still struggles. I know she shouldn’t seek reassurance so she can’t discuss certain things with my family. She can’t do some things as she thinks something bad will happen if she does them. I know nothing bad will happen but I get scared anyways. Now I am telling myself something bad will happen if she don’t do the thing the right way. And I want to get on with my life and accomplish something but I can’t if she can’t get better.
