Hi there, well, my ocd is/was contamination based, so I wrote a book about the concept of ‘Bontamination’. Also, I used the idea of supermarket toilets, and the toilets in fast food restaurants, and door handles, where not everyone washes their hands… And door locks, I check ‘Once only’, and that’s all. The books are available on Amazon, and is possto look inside for free. They and many others are available for kindle readers, and those things are gonna be barely clean, let alone sterile!
