      Hi there, I ended up having two courses of CBT, but also, Reading about CBT can reinforce the stuff we are taught by the therapists. For me 12 weeks was never going to be enough. Knowledge is power,  So, check out Cognitive Behavioural therapy workbooks and suchlike on Amazon. Rob Wilson, and Rhena Branch come to mind as good writers, Also, a guy in America named David Burns MD. He writes really good interesting and easy to follow ideas. Amazon will also suggest others. There will be people at your support group who will have favourite authors too… I’m just starting to consider becoming more assertive…
