Hello:

Just to update this topic: we still get occasional questions and comments from users of our previous forums about these “new” forums. These forums have been live since December 2020 – so they are not really “new” to most users!

If you used the previous forums, we’ve explained in several topics, that they were retired when these forums were launched.

Also, to help “old” forum users, we’re keeping topics like this one on the forums updated. We hope you’ll find them useful.
