Looking for user feedback posts from when this ‘new’ forum went live?

We launched these forums in December 2020 and asked users for their initial thoughts and comments.

As these forums are now no longer new, we’ve archived your feedback posts about the launch.

We did this because we want to focus on your feedback on and comments about these forums here.

Discussing differences between the old and new forums isn’t very helpful for the many users who never used the older ones.

We really do appreciate your comments about the forum launch and have kept all to help us improve the forums. And thanks for helping us to keep this place special!

These “new” forums have been live since December 2020 – so they are not really “new” to most users!

We still get questions from users of our previous forums – they were retired when these forums were launched.

So, to help you out, we want users of the old forums to know that our forum guidelines have changed – but only the format. You’ll find that they’re shorter and written clearly, so everyone can quickly read and understand them.
