      I have had two lots of CBT and nothing has worked they learnt me more to not hide knives and stuff because I got to the point I was throwing sharp stuff away and hiding them but that’s all I have learnt from the two lots of help I did think about paying for a therapist but I’m starting to think this is me for life now so I don’t no if it’s easier to find a way through it on my own !!! X
