Sneezing Phobia

Hi my OCD is based around fear of people sneezing. Since childhood I’ve developed an ocd-related fear of people sneezing. I fear being covered in what people expel when they sneeze. The real problem is I don’t feel I can go outdoors as I must change my clothes and shower when I get in. I feel like if I were to go putside I would become covered in what is expelled when people sneeze. I’m surprised impact this is having on my whole life
