      I have been suffering with pure-o.
      When someone talks about child agressors and all things related to,have you haver got really blushed and evenwith extremely high heart beat?Do you feel all the time?(i do)

      Has anyone done cbt(exposure prevention therapy)Did it reduce the tha anxiety to manageable levels?

      English is not my first language.Sorry for possible errors.
