Proud to be fundraising for OCD Action!
Molly Chen’s has taken on an exciting fundraising challenge for OCD Action!
Molly explains why she’s helping the charity:
“This October, I’m running the London Royal Parks Half Marathon in support of OCD Action…Today, OCD is widely misunderstood, often reduced to jokes about neatness or being particular. In reality, it’s a serious, chronic disorder often fuelled by fear, anxiety, and shame that can latch onto anything and shrink a person’s life. Because of the stigma and misinformation, people often go undiagnosed or untreated for years.
I wasn’t diagnosed until my 20s despite struggling since childhood…Sadly, this delay is common. OCD Action is working to change that, and I’m proud to be fundraising for them.
