I’ve suffered from ocd regarding my son for the last 8 months. It started by just playing with him. I got excited as he just learnt a new milestone, I noticed I had a thought as “why am I having a good time with my son”. I’m panicking now because as I said I normally get thought before hand. This time I didn’t have any .. is that possible to have ocd still without having any thoughts?
