ocd spiking up

Ok so I was on the internet researching this site totally legal btw but I saw this link that said  something and idk why I clicked on it part of me was like wtf why would you do that you wanted to see that or something? I didn’t know it was something sinister or not because I averted my eyes quickly and clicked out of it I saw what looked like a woman that maybe didn’t look like her but I didn’t care to look or want to go back but of course my mind is not going to let me Live it down and I feel completely horrible.
