Ocd in dreams!? Please someone help.

Okay hi everyone so I was doing fairly fine with my life but today I had the most scariest and repulsive dream about a family member in a pool doing I guess what you would say [comment edited by Moderators]. I remember seeing her and of course I think in the dream telling her to stop but I woke up feeling absolutely terrible about it and don’t even want to be Around that family member anymore. 🙁
