I’m confused about ocd and therapy. I’ve struggled to help my sister with her ocd. She was put on antidepressants and sent to psychotherapy but didn’t get better. I wish I could personally help as she’s struggling and its terrifying and exhausting. But she’s now finally going to start CBT and some exposures soon. She’s terrified about this therapy. If anyone has tips for coping with with ocd when in therapy, we’d both be grateful.
