I think I’m not getting complusions that are to do with my sick intrusvie thoughts any more but also think I should have realised this sooner. If I had I wouldn’t have done the compulsions again and now I worry about this. Luckily my compulsions have only really been signs and symptoms to reassure myself- not great for OCD but at least I’m not getting compulsions to check my reactions to the intrusive thoughts. Does anyone have some advice?
