      Yeah, your ocd makes you doubt if its really ocd. Its so frustrating!

      You said you feel anxiety sometimes when you look at yourself. I think you feel anxiety due to expectation – you are expecting to have ocd thoughts infront of a mirror, therefore being infront of one would make you anxious.

      Try dismissing the thoughts for a little while – i know its hard but it will give you some breathing space. Even with just a little space from the subject i think you’d feel much better.
