We have to let go… We cannot change the past… It is gone forever… If we offended anyone, it is gone now… We have to move on. There is a saying… Try to live just for today, the past is gone, the future out of reach. If people hold a grudge against us, it is their problem. It is not fair to be wholly responsible for everyone else’s happiness, nor is it fair for others to expect us to be so… A book I found useful, is ‘Feeling good, the new mood therapy’ , by Doctor David Burns. It is available from bookshops and Amazon, it may be available on kindle. But it is a good read. Hope this helps a bit.
