Thanks Wannabe,
Since posting I’ve been warned by a fellow long term OCD sufferer that the Linden Method is best steered clear of!! I don’t know, just feeling so desperate. I’m willing try anything. I have had numerous therapists over the years (CBT and other types) on the NHS and in the private sector and still I seem to find myself relapsing yearly. I honestly don’t know where to turn. It all sounded very convincing what Charles and his wife talked about but perhaps it’s not worth the risk or the money!!
