      So I’ve had intrusive obsessions for about 6 months now and I’m not sure what to do. At first the feelings felt weird and not really at all like good or anything, but now it feels completely different then it originally did. I probably did exactly what you are not supposed to do, which is constantly think about it(to figure out if the feelings were real or not), and the longer I did this the feelings would sorta change, and now it feels so much more real. Maybe it’s cause constantly thinking about feelings that made me feel it? Idk, but before I didn’t really get those responses but now I do all the time. I also hardly ever feel anxious about it anymore. I’m just so confused now and don’t even know what’s real or fake
