I have OCD and also aark and evil intrusive thoughts that terrify me. Everyone says thoughts are just thoughts and to rry to roll with them and not let them bother me. But how? They’re terrifying.

But they ARE only thoughts. You are not going to act upon them. Yes, they are disturbing, but in another sense, they are just paper tigers. Try to just watch them come and go. Try not to identify them as MY thoughts. They are just thoughts. In themselves they can’t hurt you. Try not to invest time and energy into them.
