False memory OCD is truly awful. I’m dealing with this. Anyone know what I mean, as that is one of my biggest themes. It’s so strange how even though I KNOW it isn’t real, the feeling OCD gives is so strong I feel I have to check over and over. What are compulsions?
Anyone else: how did your symptoms change once you stopped your medication? Did the OCD worsen? I would love to tackle this with CBT alone and not have to start the meds but I feel like I am getting worse.
