      Hey everyone

      If you are filled with doubt and uncertainty about intrusive thoughts then it shows that you are suffering from OCD. If you were truly a bad person you would know you are. There wouldn’t be ruminating or trying to figure it out through compulsions. Testing yourself will only fuel your anxiety and thoughts and make the doubts stronger. Have confidence that this is OCD. Be relentless and contact your GP. If you don’t feel like you get anywhere with them maybe try a new one. The best thing to do is to allow your thoughts to be there and not figure it out or counteract it to make yourself feel better. Sure you might feel anxious but as time goes on the anxiety will subside and you will have intrusive thoughts less and less. Hope this helps some one
