hi there, my daughter was diagnosed with OCD approx 18 months ago and has been on 150ml of Sertraline since that time.  She began uni last Sept and her pill taking became a little bit erratic where she would forget to take her pills at least twice a week.  For the past month, she has been regularly and is now back for the holidays – could this possibly trigger spikes in thoughts as they are pretty bad at the moment.  Or is this just change/stress etc?  Any advice gratefully received.

Does she do any therapy along with meds? Usually it’s better if they go together.
