I can see a connection with OCD that ties the doubt and fear and anxiety of the unknown and what could maybe happen outside of the home. I try small steps first like a walk down the street, then I gradually turn it into a walk around the block, then a walk to the shops etc etc. Everyone has their own way at dealing with OCD it’s just important that Id on’t avoid situations that trigger me. I think why would I want to trigger myself but only then will you know there’s nothing to fear.
