      Hello;

       

      I’ve always worked afternoons and try to tackle my anxiety over ocd later in the day. I had a baby my sleep pattern has now been chaotic.  I won’t be able to cope with this, and I worry I get overhwhelmed by caring for my daughter. I want to try and I am a good mum but it’s this obsessive thinking because I know I dont want to overthinking it and get on with things. Any advice?
