When changing channels on the TV tonight, use the remote control, as we do usually. But don’t antibac your hands or the remote control. Don’t pause to wonder what is on it.. It has always been safe before. Let the anxiety, if any, die away in it’s own time. After all, We never wash our hands before switching on the telly! No one does.
