Can’t get this out of my head

Hi, hopefully someone can help me, I hide my CSP from my family and I mainly tell lies but I worry they’re not believable, and someone will catch me. Its got to the point where the picking has become really annoying and I just have these thoughts to constantly do it. I feel like I live in a fantasy world and its just became really exhausting. I don’t know, I am completely overehelmed by this. I do suffer with OCD too and so I know these thoughts are due to my disease, but I can’t help but think, why did I start and how will I ever stop?
