      i understand most people have anxiety here. I am also going through this myself. But if you are able to see a Therapist who specifically deals with ERP as well as CBT. There is a book that I have just read which is very good called Overcoming Harm OCD. By Jon Hershfield. Just warning you , it is a hard read because there a lot of exposure exercises in the book. But it is worth it. It will get better.
