      Had a bad day. Overslept and missed support group. OCD not particularly active just feel low. My sleep pattern all over the place. Just struggling with life as a consequence of OCD which caused a great deal of damage in my life. Ruminate about this a lot. Main compulsion at mo.

        Hi there. Yep. Sometimes life can be a real downer.  I had been waiting for something to come from on-line auction. The listing said that it worked. Yes, it switched on, and the lights came up, but from then on it was basically only fit for the skip! The disappointment was really bad. I went down like a rock as they say.

        It is like the proverbial rainbow… Beautiful to look at, but first we need just a little bit of rain…

        Thank goodness we do at least get a few good days!  Proverbially; When it ‘rains’, get into ‘shelter’ until it stops…
