Hi
Is there DMs on this site? I can’t find them. My father suffers from OCD, and I inherited it from him and we both want to use your site. We’re trying to send DMs but don’t know how
3 March 2023 at 16:06 #25525Forum ModeratorsHello:If you’re new to the forums, you might not know that we don’t have Private or Direct Messages (“PMs” or “DMs” here.) To communicate with forum friends and other users, you can post topics. You can also reply to other users’ topics.
We understand that some users wish we had private messages on these forums. Because we prioritise the safety and security of all users, we don’t offer private messaging between users.
It’s simply safer for everyone if users communicate by using posts, which everyone can see. And it’s much easier for OCD Action to help if you only communicate with others by posting on these forums.
Also, remember that when you start a topic or reply to a post, you help and support everyone on the forums!
We hope you find this helpful,
