      it’s honestly such a relief knowing I’m not the only one with intrusive thoughts. I’ve recently stopped having them all the time. A lot of my thoughts were linked to bad things I think I did in the past, but I’m not sure I really did them. Some aren’t, but most of them are. I always say to myself: why would I even come up with this thought if it wasn’t true? Do you think intrusive thoughts are linked to bad hings you really did do?

          I used to suffer like this. OCD is very good at giving you false memories, so I wouldn’t over worry it if I were you.
