    Hi, all I can say is that’s what OCD does. It will always try to slip you up at any given moment. Of course it wants you to think about the bad thoughts because that’s what gives it power. If you are doing well with your mindfulness I’d say next time your ocd tells you to think about the thoughts just try to skip that thought. If that makes sense. The more you pay attention to the ocd thoughts, the more power they get.
