    If I could give you any advice it would be find a distraction or an interest easier said than done try and put the thoughts to the back of your mind not fully believe me they are just thoughts.  I have been paralysed in the past with them myself and the brief moments of reprieve help

    don’t try and force anything just keep one comforting thought in your mind someone loves you etc

    it will pass
