The BDD Foundation, a charity focused on raising awareness of and supporting those Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), have recently released a new animation about BDD: Because I’m Ugly: Body Dysmorphic Disorder and me.
Created by Salvador Maldonado and Caterina Monzani, in collaboration with the BDD Foundation, the animation aims to raise awareness of the condition. It is based on the real life testimony of 17 year old Elias who has BDD.
