I am wondering if anyone can help or has experienced similar to this: I cannot seem to let my thoughts or memories just drift around in my head and feel the need to write most of them down on notes in my phone (there are thousands from the past few years).
I over attend to these thoughts and it is just crippling me. I can’t tell anyone and I feel so so lost. This has been going on/has been bad for the past 10 years and unbearable for the last 3 I would say). I often feel anxious and on edge, with no real coping strategies. I don’t want to live this way anymore and want to find a solution and make some positive changes.
