Hi Anyone else find it’s much more difficult to control your wicked OCD intrusive thoughts when your in church? I’m trying harder and harder each Sunday not to think them but they won’t stop. My really important question is how do I go about getting the right help for this? Really worried theyll think I’m crazy and put me away.
