Hi guys: How do you stay calm having lived through years of ocd? I’m not sure I can do the same, I’d need to feel safe in a a safe environment. I’m one of those students who can’t go back to the uni cos of ocd. Any ocd student at any university could take this forum thread to help explain how things are for them. Maybe universities can make someone available to help us, as us students need all the support we can get. Universities want to help with disabled students. It’s not a failure if you’re in crisis at the moment, you can see whoever at your university looks after student life. Stay positive and get all the help your university has to offer, go to counselling services. Keep your strength up! Hopefully things will look a lot better and stay in touch everyone
