Twins but only one with OCD

Hi does anyone know if twins are more likely to both develop ocd? I’ve got twin daughters, one with severe ocd. The other twin is just fine. My GP says to count my blessings and  not worry endlessly about this but how can I not? After all, isn’t ocd partially, maybe genetic.
